Focusing with our Dreams

Organiser: Suzi Mackenzie

In this two hour workshop we will explore how Focusing can open up different aspects of your dreams and help you utilise the growth potential within them. You will have the opportunity to bring actual dreams and see them through the ‘lens’ of your embodied experience as well as looking at what we have to learn from parts and opposites in our dreams. See attached for further info and related workshops.
